MissionOur mission is to reach young men of all cultures, denominations and financial backgrounds, to grow their knowledge of self, spirit and their communities and evangelize the word of God while spreading the uncompromising love of Jesus Christ, not as a religion but as a Lifestyle. ObjectivesTo teach young men how to conduct themselves as young men of God while dealing with natural world and life issues.To establish a standard, through the word of God, by which they are to govern themselves.To promote the importance of scholarship, integrity and spiritual purity as they mature through adolescence to adulthood.To grow the talents within each individual young man so that they may become successful members and leaders of our nation, through economic, familial and manhood training through a healthy interaction with the Men of Alpha Omega Theta Christian Fraternity Incorporated (AOT). 3 Pillars of BeliefDevelopment, Discipleship, and Dedication in Christ are the organization’s standing beliefs.We plan to develop every young man to reach his full potential in the adult world and direct the path of these young gentlemen in a purpose-driven life.Through guidance and direction, we hope to inspire these young men to not only get to know the Lord but also answer the high calling and position in the ministry that God has for each of them. The White Lighters Club will emphasize the importance of dedication to the ministry and work of God. The Men of Alpha Omega Theta will invest time with the young men of the White Lighters Club and lead by example so that he may stay active all the days of his life in the work of God. ActivitiesThe White Lighters Club plans to spark its member’s growth, awareness and training through activities, such as: Community Activities: Community service, Adopt-A-Highway/Street, Etiquette, Formal events and balls following etiquette training, bible studies outside of the meeting days (any other young men welcomed even if not in WLC), game nights, movie nights, field trips, party nights, scholarship and essay contests, out of town trips (Mega Fest, youth conferences, conventions, college compass tours, etc.), mission trips, job assistance, ACT-SAT prep, cooking classes, manhood training (Love of self, Love of others, respect towards women, elders and authority figures and real fatherhood training), financial education, fund raisers, etc. Growth Activities: These activities will be implemented through the different levels of the process of gaining membership and remaining a member, and will be continuously taught as the foundation of the White Lighters Club’s curriculum. CODE OF CONDUCTAll members of the White Lighters Club conduct will be restricted in the following ways:Must maintain a 2.50 GPA (C+ average) in school)Must be involved or get involved in 1 extracurricular activityMust stay out of disciplinary problems, in school and out of schoolMust read 1 book/month and give a detailed book reportMust attend church every Sunday (unless extreme circumstances occur) We are currently looking for you men from grades 7-12, But we are currently developing our program for younger boys grads k-6, Details coming soon.
