We are men who are not ashamed of spreading the love of Christ to all nations. And as Graduated/Alumni members of this Christian brotherhood we aim to immediately impact our communities, nation and every soul that comes in contact with our ministry. Mission Statement Alpha Omega Theta’'s Alumni chapters will promote continual spiritual growth and strength through a fraternal brotherhood as we grow and are sent throughout the nation as men of unity, leadership and integrity. Our PurposeAlpha Omega Theta’s purpose is to bring men closer to Christ through brotherhood and Christian fellowship while establishing unity, leadership, and integrity as its main pillars of belief. Alpha Omega Theta will also build minds geared for growth and success spiritually, economically, and in everyday life. ObjectivesTo evangelize to Post College aged men through unity and fellowshipTo form a brotherhood where Christ is the foundation and focusTo shape the minds of men to function successfully through Christ in their everyday livesTo set in place an advisory council for the undergraduate members and all other auxiliaries of this organizationTo work diligently on self improvement & advancement on the job and any other professional field to provide doorways and opportunities for undergraduate young men excel and gain job opportunities and network for future employment. (i.e. Get involved with campus recruiting on the job to help undergrad members to gain internships, co-ops and possibly full time employment) Alpha Omega Theta firmly stands on the beliefs of Unity, Leadership and Integrity. We assert that no one can lead if no one is together and that one can not lead if one does not represent oneself as a leader.RequirementsAcademically: Must have at least Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University; Or a Certificate of completion from any trade school, seminary or graduate program on the college level.Must be active in churchMust be able to endure a 6-8 week processThe process will include 3 levels (appropriate attire will be mandatory)Schedule will be negotiable & set by Orientation Leader and members of flockWill be required to learn all designated fraternity and process information and complete all tasks.Will be in charge of an auxiliary group (i.e. The White Lighters Club) and any other mentor or youth programs (i.e. scholarship funds, essay contest, adopt a school, charity, adopt a highway etc.) Will be financial advisors to the chapter in which you are linkedFacilitate orientation training for future OL/FL of the undergraduate or graduate chapters. To be recognized as an official Graduate chapter, there must be at least 4 members of graduate status presiding within the city boundaries of the potential chartering chapter.
